I confirm that I am the owner of this PayPal account and I authorize this payment as I continue to proceed with the payment. No refunds are given, as all codes are checked before sending. Chargebacks, please dont even think about charging back, because when a customer pays, their ip address and location pin pointed on the map is given to the seller, not to mention charging back could lead to legal measures that must be taken. If I chargeback, it would be considered to be fraud/scam.
